We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns
You may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs, unless the item is defective).

How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@makeyourmindcreate.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and an address.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you need.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during certain promotional periods may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will make it right.
